Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.We are looking for suitable candidates for Solar Sales/Field Executive positions with good communication, customer-handling, sales, negotiation, and lead-generation skills. Candidates should have basic knowledge of solar energy/solar PV systems, CRM software, MS Excel, and sales follow-up. The role will involve customer visits, generating and following up on leads, explaining solar products and solutions, preparing quotations, coordinating with the technical and installation teams, maintaining customer records in CRM, and achieving assigned sales targets. Candidates with experience in solar, electrical products, real estate, banking/financial sales, telecom, FMCG, or field sales will be preferred. Minimum qualification may be 10th/12th/Graduate, with a willingness to travel locally; a two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred. Salary, incentives, location, vacancies, and joining date will be discussed based on the position and candidate's experience.
