Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, client meetings, references, and market research.
Promote and sell solar products and solutions, including rooftop solar systems and solar power solutions.
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to identify business opportunities.
Explain solar system benefits, pricing, ROI, and installation processes to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
Required Skills:
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
Knowledge of solar products and the renewable energy market.
Target-oriented approach with strong lead-generation skills.
A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
