About the Role
Homaira is looking for a proactive and energetic field executive who can visit active construction sites, identify upcoming interior/furniture opportunities, and collect project decision-maker details for business development.
This is a field-intensive role ideal for candidates from construction, real estate, interiors, building materials, or field sales backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Visit active construction and real estate project sites across Delhi NCR daily
Identify builders, developers, contractors, architects, and project consultants
Collect project information including:
Builder / developer company name
Project name & location
Type of project (residential / commercial / hospitality / villas)
Stage of construction
Approximate project size / scale
Interior consultant / architect details
Procurement / purchase contact details
Key decision-maker information
Take site photographs and basic project notes
Maintain daily lead reports in Google Sheets / CRM
Coordinate with the sales/business development team for follow-up
Build relationships with site engineers, contractors, and project staff
Track potential interior furnishing opportunities at the right project stage
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in:
Field sales
Construction / real estate site coordination
Building material sales
Interior execution
Market research / field survey
Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR locations
Comfortable with daily field travel
Good communication and confidence in approaching site personnel
Basic smartphone skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, photos, location sharing)
Own bike / scooter preferred
