Designation : Senior Sales Executive

Department: Sales – Commercial Vehicle Finance

Employment Type: On-Roll / Full-Time

CTC : ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA + Good Incentive

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:

Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) Loans

Vehicle Finance

Commercial Vehicle Loans

SME Lending

Retail Asset Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads for Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) loans in rural and semi-urban markets.

Identify potential customers, transporters, vehicle owners, and small business owners.

Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.

Explain commercial vehicle finance products, loan eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

Assist customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.

Achieve monthly sales targets and increase business in the assigned territory.

Conduct customer visits and follow up on prospective leads.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.

Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle financing products.

Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in rural markets and handle field sales activities.

Graduate candidates with relevant experience preferred.
