Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and generate new leads for Home Loans and LAP through open market, referrals, and channel partners (DSAs, builders, brokers).
Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate agents, builders, and financial intermediaries.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for HL & LAP products.
Cross-sell related financial products (insurance, balance transfer, top-up loans).
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Loan Processing & Documentation:
Guide customers through the loan application process.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitors’ offerings, interest rates, and market trends.
Provide feedback to management for product and process improvements.
Portfolio Management (for RM role):
Monitor existing customer portfolio for delinquency and follow up for repayments.
Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred)
Relevant experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales (0–5 years for RO, 3–8 years for RM)
