Joining Process

(1) After joining the job you will have to appoint 1st Distributor after which you will be given Agreement Offer Letter.

(2) 4 Distributors in 1st Month and 12 in 3rd Month out of which 4 should be Wholesalers. If 4 Distributors are not appointed in 1st Month then 1st Month Target and 2nd Month Target both will have to be achieved in 2nd Month.

(3) Salary will be given only after 50% target is achieved and will be given as per next month's target and if target is not achieved within 3 months, Company will fire you.

(4) Conformation letter will be given after target is completed in 3 months and salary will be increased again.

(5) Travels Allowance will be given after working for 1st month and PF, ESIC, Hotel Allowance, TA/DA etc. will be given after working for 3 months.
