Compulsary Experience in direct B2C sales, where selling to end user on field cold calling. Eg: Credit Card field sales, Insurance, loan, concept/vouchers/membership sales, etc.
Team Managers at Habitat Group (HABITAT PRIME). Work will be in the territory close to your residence. In-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 plus incentives, subject to last drawn and personal interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be comfortable with self sales and revenue targets
Generate team sales of packages by face to face interaction.
Manage a team working in societies, outside malls, metro stations, office areas, etc.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum requirement is 1 year - 3 years of experience with field sales & team management. Applicants should also have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
