Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and drive a team of Field Sales Executives for Paytm QR & Soundbox business. The role involves achieving sales targets, merchant acquisition, team handling, and ensuring business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Drive merchant onboarding for Paytm QR & Soundbox.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
• Conduct market visits and ensure effective sales execution.
• Prepare sales reports and track team productivity.

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Field Sales.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Experience in FinTech, Telecom, FMCG, or Merchant Acquisition is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Role Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Role
