Role Overview:

Responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting CHA & Freight Forwarding services while meeting assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business in import/export, customs clearance & freight forwarding.

• Generate leads through calls, visits & networking; maintain a strong pipeline.

• Meet clients, understand requirements, present solutions & share quotations.

• Prepare pricing, negotiate rates & coordinate with operations/documentation teams.

• Manage customer relationships, resolve queries & ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Maintain sales MIS, reports & track target achievements.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of CHA processes, customs documentation, ocean/air freight & logistics costing.

• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM & quotation preparation.

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred)
Industry Experience: Freight Forwarding / Logistics / CHA (3- 7 years)
