Senior Associate

Position: Hiring Associate / Senior Hiring Associate
Location: Vadodara City
Experience: 1–3 years in rider hiring, blue-collar recruitment, recruitment, telecalling, or field operations. Experience in logistics/rider hiring will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive rider hiring and blue-collar recruitment for Delhivery delivery partner/rider requirements.

• Identify and source candidates through calling, local hiring networks, references, vendors, and other recruitment channels.

• Explain the rider job, earning opportunities, requirements, joining process, and onboarding formalities to candidates.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from lead generation to joining and activation.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure maximum conversion from lead to active rider.

• Work closely with DC/Operations teams to understand daily and weekly manpower requirements.

• Ensure timely closure of rider vacancies and maintain the required HC at assigned DCs.

• Support hiring for critical/red DCs and continuously work on replacement hiring to control rider attrition.

• Coordinate with new joiners for documentation, ID creation, onboarding, and activation.

• Track candidates at different stages of the hiring funnel and maintain accurate recruitment data.

• Make regular calls to existing riders to understand absenteeism, inactivity, and retention issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

• Visit/coordinate with local hiring sources, vendors, and rider pools wherever required to generate candidates.

• Maintain daily reports for leads, calls, interviews, joinings, activations, attendance, and manpower gaps.

• Work on daily and weekly hiring targets and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

• Support the Operations/HR team in reducing rider absenteeism, attrition, and manpower shortfalls.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in rider hiring, blue-collar hiring, recruitment, or field hiring.

• Strong understanding of rider/delivery partner hiring and recruitment processes.

• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling candidate follow-ups.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic data management.

• Must be comfortable working on a laptop for recruitment data, reports, candidate tracking, and operational activities.

• Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with riders, vendors, DC teams, HR, and Operations.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, delivery operations, or blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage.
