We are hiring Officer – Scouting / Field Officers (Male) for our growing team.

📍 Job Locations

• Bangalore (Nelamangala & Hoskote)

• Mumbai (Thane)

• Pune (Moshi)

👨 Eligibility

• Male candidates only

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Diploma/Graduate preferred

• Freshers & candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply

• Must own a 2-wheeler

• Must have a smartphone and know how to use WhatsApp & Google Maps

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Visit transport hubs, truck parking areas, and nearby markets to identify truck owners and suppliers.

• Explain Raaho's services and benefits to potential partners.

• Help truck owners complete KYC and onboarding formalities.

• Collect and maintain supplier information accurately.

• Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams.

• Submit daily field activity and scouting reports.

✅ Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi and local language preferred)

• Confident in meeting people and working in the field

• Basic negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel locally and learn

• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup
