### About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive who can convert walk-ins and leads into memberships while delivering an excellent customer experience. Whether you're experienced or a fresher with strong communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

### Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships
• Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp
• Explain membership plans and ongoing offers
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members
• Maintain daily lead and sales records
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Coordinate with trainers and reception staff
• Build long-term relationships with members
• Participate in promotional activities and events

### Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business is preferred
• Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage
• Ability to work on weekends and rotational shifts
