Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Team Leaders to manage and guide Field Sales Executives across various locations in India for Google Pay merchant onboarding and revisit activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, activation, engagement, and team productivity while ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.

• Drive new merchant onboarding and activation for Google Pay.

• Ensure regular revisits to existing merchants to increase engagement and transaction activity.

• Conduct field coaching, team meetings, and performance reviews.

• Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and target achievement.

• Resolve merchant concerns and coordinate with support teams when required.

• Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in Field Sales, Fintech, Telecom, BFSI, or Merchant Acquisition.

• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage field operations and work in a target-driven environment.

• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications for reporting.
