Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in managing prospective and existing SME customers.

• Coordinate meetings with customers, lenders, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Collect KYC, financial, business, and operational documents from customers.

• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission.

• Maintain digital and physical records of customer files.

• Coordinate document deficiency closure with customers.

• Maintain and update customer pipeline and lead management trackers.

• Support business sourcing activities by coordinating with field sales teams and channel partners.

• Maintain MIS for management review.

• Complete loan login formalities as per lender requirements.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams.

• Track loan status from login till sanction and disbursement.

• Ensure TAT adherence for each login.

• Escalate pending cases and documentation gaps to the RLM.

• Ensure customer/platform user on-boarding and tagging

• Track customer onboarding status and provide regular updates to RLM.

• Ensure timely closure of customer queries and requests.
