Position

Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops daily as per the assigned route.

- Promote and sell branded toys, games, stationery and baby products.

- Generate new retailers and increase market coverage.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries.

- Introduce new products, schemes and promotional offers.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

- Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.

- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

Eligibility

- Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.

- Experience in field sales or FMCG/toys/stationery distribution will be an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

- Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Honest, disciplined and self-motivated.
