Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Collection and Sales Executives to join our growing team in the finance sector. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to build a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for EMI collections and recoveries.

• Promote and sell financial products/services to potential customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

• Report daily activities and collection status to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Any degree holder (Freshers can apply).

• Willingness to work in the finance industry.

• Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
