Job Title: Sales Representative — Baby Care Products

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of baby care products, including feeding bottles, nipples, sippers, diapers, teethers, baby mattresses, and related items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships with retailers and distributors, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, pharmacies, baby stores, and distributors to showcase products

• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and display in stores

• Follow up on payments and manage outstanding collections

• Submit regular sales updates and reports to management

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Sales or field marketing experience preferred

• Self-driven, target-focused mindset

• Familiarity with local markets and retail networks

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience: 6 months – 2years in FMCG, retail, or pharma sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
