Job Summary:

The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving sales of IFB products by engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and ensuring excellent in-store brand representation. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to influence purchase decisions.

Key Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th Passed and pursuing graduation.

Prior experience in retail sales or promoter role is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of home appliances (preferred)

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.

Skills Required:

Sales and negotiation skills

Customer handling and persuasion

Product demonstration skills

Team coordination

Basic reporting and communication

Working Conditions:

Retail store-based role (Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, etc.)

Rotational weekly offs

Compensation:

Fixed salary 17500 + performance-based incentives(no capping)
