Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Salon Sales Executive with experience in the salon or professional beauty industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing salon accounts, and strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with salons, retailers, and distributors.
Drive secondary sales and product placement across assigned territory.
Promote and educate salon partners on professional product range and usage.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new salon business opportunities and expand market reach.
Coordinate with distributors for stock availability, order placement, and timely supply.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for salon staff when required.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to management.
Ensure proper visibility and merchandising of products at salon outlets.
Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Salon / Professional Beauty / FMCG sales.
Strong product knowledge in salon or professional beauty category preferred.
Experience in wholesale, retail, and distributor handling.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
