Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Sales Representative to join MLA Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of generating leads, meeting clients, and converting prospects into customers. The role involves field visits, customer meetings, and promoting our construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and networking.

• Meet prospective customers and explain our construction and interior solutions.

• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the design and technical teams for smooth project handover.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update customer information in the CRM.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

• Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and site inspections.

Job Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2C Sales, Real Estate, or Construction Sales.

• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Experience: Home Construction, Real Estate, Interior Design, Building Materials, or related industries.
