Field Sales Executive

Industry: Building Materials & Electrical
Experience: 2+ Years
Locations: Bangalore
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct regular market visits to retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project sites.
Promote product awareness and generate demand in the assigned territory.
Identify and qualify potential buyers, influencers, electricians, engineers, and channel partners.
Build and maintain a strong database of electricians, builders, contractors, and other influencers.
Submit daily reports covering market visits, leads, feedback, and site updates.

Preferred Profile

2+ years of experience in Demand Generation / Field Sales / Market Development.
Candidates from Electrical, Building Materials, Wires & Cables, Lighting, Switchgear, Paints, or related industries preferred.
Strong market knowledge and experience in contractor/electrician/influencer engagement.
Good communication, relationship-building, and field sales skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bike is Mandatory
