Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team. You will undergo a 2-month training program where you will earn incentives only. After successfully completing the training and qualifying with our Sales Certification, you will be offered a fixed monthly salary (₹12,000 – ₹18,000).

During the training period, you will earn ₹1,200 – ₹2,000 per sale as incentive based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and visit potential customers to pitch products/services.

• Identify leads through fieldwork, references, and follow-ups.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Maintain logs of calls, visits, and customer data in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client visits.

• Computer/laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

Compensation

• You will undergo a 2-month training program where you will earn incentives only (no fixed salary during training).

• During the training period, you will earn ₹1,500 – ₹3,000 per sale as incentive, based on performance.

• Important: If you do not achieve the assigned sales targets during the training period, no payments/ only incentives will be made.

• After successfully completing the training and qualifying with our Sales Certification, you will be offered a fixed monthly salary (₹15,000 – ₹18,000) plus incentives.
