Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and brand growth for our wet wipes product range. The role involves managing distribution channels, developing marketing strategies, increasing market penetration, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and expand distribution network (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Manage relationships with general trade and modern trade outlets

• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and pricing

• Handle order collection, payments, and stock replenishment

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with digital platforms and marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart

• Support branding initiatives, promotions, and in-store activations

• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies

• Assist in product launches and promotional events

• Work with design/creative teams for packaging and marketing materials

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG / personal care / hygiene products

• Strong understanding of distribution and retail sales

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel locally for market visits

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce
