Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
Coordinate manpower deployment based on client requirements and project schedules.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed sales or service contracts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Work closely with the operations and HR teams to ensure timely manpower supply and service delivery.
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (manpower or service industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
