Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients

• Promote diagnostic services, health packages, and company offerings

• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline)

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and client data

• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related field – Mandatory

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Willingness to travel across Mumbai

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience in healthcare or diagnostics industry

• Existing network with doctors, clinics, or hospitals

• Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition
