The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales processes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders. The role involves order processing, client coordination, documentation, and follow-ups to help achieve sales targets efficiently.
Coordinate with sales team, clients, and internal departments for smooth order execution
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP/CRM systems
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Customer-oriented approach
Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
1–3 years experience in sales coordination / back-office sales
Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or service industry is an advantage
