SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position

Sales & Marketing Executive – F&B / Hospitality

0–6 Months

Age Criteria

Below 23 years

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance.

Education

• Graduate or undergraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales & marketing can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales and marketing activities of the restaurant/bar.

• Generate leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities.

• Assist in promoting restaurant offers, events, and special campaigns.

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good client relationships.

• Support social media and digital marketing activities.

• Coordinate with the operations team for promotional activities and events.

• Maintain basic sales reports and customer databases.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Assist in achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.

Key Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

• Confident and presentable personality.

• Good customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

• Proactive and target-oriented approach.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic MS Office/computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
