We’re looking for Associate – Sales & Marketing professionals who are energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.

📍 Locations: Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad

💼 Role: Associate – Sales & Marketing

💰 Compensation:
• 7 LPA – ₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance
• During the first 2 months (Probation): ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance
• Post-probation: 7 LPA package

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform
• Enroll students into free trial programs
• Convert free users into paid subscribers
• Drive renewals, retention, and regular follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and schools
• Manage the customer journey through field sales and engagement
