Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Aluminium Formwork, Scaffolding, Shuttering, Construction Equipment, or Building Materials sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting construction sites, meeting builders and contractors, and converting project enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for Aluminium Formwork and Scaffolding Systems.

• Visit construction sites, builders, developers, contractors, EPC companies and consultants.

• Identify upcoming projects and understand customers' formwork/scaffolding requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Conduct product presentations and explain technical benefits and applications.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and follow up until order closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with technical, design, production and dispatch teams for customer requirements.

• Monitor competitor activities, market prices and new project opportunities.

• Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry records and sales pipeline.

• Provide proper after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.

• Experience in Aluminium Formwork / Scaffolding / Shuttering / Construction Equipment / Building Materials will be highly preferred.

• Strong network with builders, developers, contractors, project managers and consultants.

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.

• Basic understanding of construction projects and formwork/scaffolding systems.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi-NCR and .

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Languages: English very profiecient and Hindi

Preferred Candidate

Candidates already working in Aluminium Formwork, Scaffolding or Construction Equipment sales will be given preference. Relevant industry sales roles commonly emphasize site visits, project identification, contractor/developer relationships, quotations, negotiations and target achievement.
