Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our business presence in Varanasi and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for the company's IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and online channels.

• Identify and approach potential clients including businesses, educational institutions, government departments, and corporate customers.

• Present and demonstrate company products and services effectively.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with technical and support teams for project execution.

• Maintain sales records and submit regular activity and performance reports.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (IT sales experience preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT products, software solutions, and digital services.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
