A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, managing existing accounts, and negotiating deals, acting as the link between company and customer, handling leads, giving presentations, closing sales, and meeting targets using skills in communication, negotiation, CRM, and market knowledge to grow business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Prospecting, lead generation (calls, emails, networking), and identifying new opportunities.
Sales Process Management: Presenting products, demonstrating value, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building rapport with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and finding upsell opportunities.
Reporting & Strategy: Tracking sales, using CRM software, meeting targets, and reporting to management.
Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Collaboration: Working with marketing, support, and other teams for a smooth customer journey.
