📌 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive our solar business growth in Jamnagar and surrounding industrial regions. In this role, you will focus on high-value commercial and industrial (C&I) clients, institutional buildings, and large-scale enterprises.
You will pitch our comprehensive, end-to-end solar solutions—ranging from Bespoke 3D Designing and advanced Engineering & EPC Solutions (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) to premium high-efficiency Solar PV Modules/Inverters and complete Turnkey Project Management.
💼 Key Responsibilities (How you will drive sales)
B2B Lead Generation: Identify, map, and target potential industrial clients (such as brass manufacturers, chemical units, and factories), commercial complexes, schools, and hospitals in the Jamnagar cluster.
Technical-Commercial Pitching: Conduct technical and commercial presentations for prospective corporate clients. Explain the financial benefits of solar, including Return on Investment (ROI), payback periods, tax benefits (Accelerated Depreciation), and carbon footprint reductions.
Site Survey Coordination: Arrange and coordinate preliminary site visits (rooftop or ground-mounted) with our technical team to analyze shadow-free areas, structural stability, and capacity requirements ($kW$/$MW$).
Proposal Presentation & Negotiation: Present custom engineered solutions and 3D design models to decision-makers (CEOs, MDs, Factory Owners). Negotiate commercial terms, finalize pricing, and successfully close the deals.
End-to-End Handholding: Manage the client relationship from the initial meeting until contract signing and advance payment collection.
Liaison Support: Coordinate between the client and our internal liaison team regarding grid-connectivity approvals, DISCOM/GETCO documentation, and government solar scheme registrations (e.g., PM-KUSUM Component A or state policies).
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Industrial Sales. (Prior experience in the Solar Rooftop industry, Renewable Energy, or Power Sector is highly preferred).
Education: Any Graduate (Degree in Engineering, B.Sc., BBA, or an MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage).
Local Market Knowledge: Deep geographical understanding of Jamnagar's industrial zones (e.g., GIDC areas, Brass parts manufacturing clusters) and established local business networks.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth business owners and corporate heads.
Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (essential for dealing with local business owners), with a working command of English for technical proposals and emails.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle for regular field travel and client site visits.
