Marketing Executive – Tripoza Holidays

Job Description:

Tripoza Holidays is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with hotels and suppliers, negotiating rates, and supporting the creation of attractive holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and coordinate with hotels to obtain competitive room rates.

• Negotiate special deals, seasonal offers, and group discounts.

• Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and vendors.

• Collect and update hotel contracts, rate sheets, and package details.

• Assist in designing customized domestic and international holiday packages.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth package execution.

• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

• Ensure timely communication with suppliers for availability and confirmations.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Basic knowledge of itinerary preparation.

• Good email drafting and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and online travel portals.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Tours & Travels industry preferred.
