About the Company

Taxring is a professional tax and compliance service provider helping businesses and individuals with services like Income Tax Filing, GST Registration, GST Returns, Company Registration, IEC, Tax Notices, and Business Compliance Services.

We are looking for a smart, confident, and communication-skilled Female Executive who can manage customer support, corporate meetings, and B2B lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

1️⃣ Customer Support

• Handle incoming client calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries

• Guide clients regarding ITR filing, GST services, company registration, and other CA services

• Maintain professional communication with clients

• Follow up with potential customers and existing clients

2️⃣ Corporate Meeting Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate corporate meetings with clients

• Represent the company in business meetings and presentations

• Understand client requirements and explain Taxring services

• Maintain client relationship for long-term business growth

3️⃣ B2B Lead Generation

• Identify and connect with business owners, startups, and companies

• Generate B2B leads for GST, Company Registration, Compliance, and Tax Services

• Build relationships with corporate clients and partners

• Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email & WhatsApp communication

• Presentable personality with professional behavior

• Ability to handle clients and business meetings confidently

• Sales and lead generation mindset

Eligibility

• Female Candidates Preferred

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation

• Experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / Sales / B2B Lead Generation will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Depending on experience)
