Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other B2B partners to promote hotel services.
Conduct regular sales visits, meetings, and presentations to generate leads and close deals.
Promote hotel packages, banquet/event spaces, and long-stay accommodations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of hotel services, pricing, and market positioning.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Field-based role with frequent client visits.
