Qualification

  • Any Graduation (Any stream)

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales

  • Experience in water tank, water pump, sanitary, plumbing, or building material sales will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell water tanks and water pumps in assigned territory

  • Develop new dealers, distributors, and retailers

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct market visits and generate new leads

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

  • Collect market feedback and competitor information

  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers

Skills Required

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Field sales experience

  • Customer handling skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
