Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives for multiple locations across India.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000+ achievable on target completion

Sales targets ranging between ₹25–50 Lakhs are realistically achievable for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage distributors/dealers in assigned territory

• Generate sales through dealer and channel network

• Visit architects, builders, interior designers, and hardware markets

• Develop strong local market presence

• Maintain regular follow-ups with dealers and clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales / Marketing

• Experience in hardware, architectural products, interior products, fittings, laminates, plywood, or related industries preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel within assigned territory

• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

Training & Support

Company Head Office is based in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.

Selected candidates may need to travel to Mumbai for initial training. Accommodation and stay expenses during training will be provided by the company.

If required, training can also be conducted via Phone or Zoom Call.

• Candidates should be capable of handling dealer/distributor networks efficiently

• Preference for candidates with existing market connections
