SuPav Solutions is hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and help in closing clients for our IT & Web Development services.
Identify prospective clients and pitch company services (Website Development, Software, IT Solutions).
Close sales through cold calling, meetings, presentations, and company visits.
Maintain strong follow-ups until deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Create and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain CRM/client database and report performance to management.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Must have good communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
Experience or understanding of sales techniques (field/inside/b2b).
Ability to use computer, WhatsApp, Excel, and basic online tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Presentable and confident in client-facing roles.
Exposure to IT industry & corporate clients
