SuPav Solutions is hiring a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and help in closing clients for our IT & Web Development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and pitch company services (Website Development, Software, IT Solutions).

• Close sales through cold calling, meetings, presentations, and company visits.

• Maintain strong follow-ups until deal closure.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Create and implement effective sales strategies.

• Maintain CRM/client database and report performance to management.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• Must have good communication, negotiation & convincing skills.

• Experience or understanding of sales techniques (field/inside/b2b).

• Ability to use computer, WhatsApp, Excel, and basic online tools.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

• Presentable and confident in client-facing roles.
