Role Summary

You will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing sales. In this role, a sale is only considered complete once the product is successfully delivered and the final payment is collected. You must be comfortable managing the entire sales lifecycle from cold calling to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Close deals using cold calling, product presentations, and regular site visits.

• Payment Collection: Follow up diligently with clients after sales to secure timely payments.

• Client Management: Build long-term customer relationships and continuously grow the client database.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.

• Reporting: Submit regular performance metrics, market feedback, and pipeline updates to management. [1]

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th Class pass or higher.

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience specifically in industrial product sales.

• Skills: Strong familiarity with diverse B2B sales techniques, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.

• Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in using computers (MS Office/Email) is a strong advantage.

• Traits: Self-motivated, persistent, and highly organised with financial accountability.
