Location: Pune & PCMC

Job Role:

• Explain annual membership benefits to individuals

• Conduct field visits and register new members

• Achieve the monthly target of approx. 100 memberships

• Submit daily work and visit reports

• Handle customer queries

• Follow company guidelines and process

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work

• Honest, hardworking & target-driven

• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

• Must have Aadhaar, PAN, and updated resume

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

• Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month

• Incentive: 30% (for registrations beyond 100)

• Eligible for PF & benefits after 6 months of performance
