Sales & Marketing Executive

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Job description:

1. Position: Sales Executive

Experience: Freshers can also apply & Experienced (6 months to 2 years)

Industry: Solar / Direct Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential residential and commercial clients for solar installations.

• Consultative Sales: Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, and long-term financial savings.

• Site Visits: Conduct initial site surveys to understand customer energy requirements.

• Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• A proactive "can-do" attitude; prior experience in solar is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
