Sales Executive (Male Candidates Only)
Company: SB Ventures

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented male sales executive to join our team. Candidates from any marital status are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Handle site visits and explain project details to clients
Convert leads into bookings through effective communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Coordinate with telecalling and marketing teams

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills (Telugu & basic English)
Presentable and confident personality
Interest in real estate sales
Ability to handle fieldwork and client interactions

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives based purely on performance (no cap)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
