Requirements:

Fluent in Hindi with excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong command over conversations and customer handling
Ability to generate leads, develop new customers, and support sales growth
Basic understanding of business operations and market dynamics
Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings
Ability to work within company systems, processes, and culture
