Position Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) to drive sales growth, strengthen retailer relationships, and ensure effective brand representation in the assigned territory. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate closely with the Territory Sales In-charge to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management - Drive sales at existing touchpoints and onboard new retailers in the assigned area.
- Maintain detailed records of retailer preferences, purchases, and requests from the market.
- Represent the distributor for resolving retailer queries and complaints.
- Participate in events to showcase products and build a strong retailer base.
Brand Representation
- Identify branding opportunities and provide marketing materials to boost brand recall. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand history, and market trends to assist retailers confidently
