The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to join our Jaipur team. You will be the face of UrbanVahan on the streets, identifying potential business owners, understanding their needs, and helping them transition into a professional mobile setup. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role that requires grit, persuasion, and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Scout the Jaipur region to identify potential street food vendors, local business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs looking for mobile vending solutions.

• On-field Demos: Visit prospective clients to explain the benefits of UrbanVahan’s fabrication quality and custom features.

• Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing the deal and coordinating delivery.

• Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on local trends, competitor pricing, and popular street food hubs to suggest new product improvements.

• Relationship Management: Act as a consultant for our clients, helping them choose the right cart design for their specific cuisine and budget.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (experience in hardware, fabrication, FMCG, or automotive sales is a plus).

• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Jaipur’s geography and commercial hubs.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and basic English. The ability to build rapport quickly is essential.

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field visits.

• Drive: A self-starter attitude with a hunger to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
