Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy Account Development Executive (ADE) to drive the expansion of Amazon’s retail network. This is a critical field-based role focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing high-potential retailers to integrate them into the Amazon ecosystem. You will serve as the primary point of contact for local businesses, ensuring their long-term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Onboarding: Proactively identify and pitch to potential retail partners. Drive the end-to-end onboarding process to bring new retailers onto the Amazon platform.
• Account Management: Handle a diverse portfolio of existing retailers, ensuring high levels of engagement and operational excellence.
• Field Operations: Conduct daily market visits within the Kolkata region to build strong, face-to-face relationships with business owners.
• Retention & Growth: Monitor the performance of existing partners and implement strategies to increase their business volume and satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily field activities, lead statuses, and retailer feedback.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience: Proven track record in FMCG Sales or general Field Sales. Must have a strong understanding of market dynamics and merchant acquisition.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven field environment.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kolkata retail landscape is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 In-hand per month.
• Benefits: Statutory Provident Fund (PF) contributions.
• Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week with 2 Weekly Offs.
