Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for our Construction & Real Estate business. This is a field-based role, and multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit property dealers, builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and construction material suppliers.

• Develop new business opportunities and generate quality leads.

• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Promote the company’s construction and real estate services.

• Coordinate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site visits.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular activity reports.

• Represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of construction, real estate, or building materials is preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.

• Valid two-wheeler and driving license will be an added advantage.
