Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with Civil Engineering background are preferred.
Experience Required: 1–2 years in Sales/Business Development (Construction Chemicals Industry).

Key Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and rapport building.
Research, identify, and connect with potential clients via calls, Physical Meeting (and follow-ups with past clients).
Support the Marketing Manager and team with communication, administrative, and technical tasks.
Generate leads and drive consistent sales growth.
Meeting with Government Clients like CPWD, MES, PWD & PSU’s.
Assist in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate proposals and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint & CRM.
Represent the company confidently in meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in working with CRM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & AI.
Comfortable with public speaking, client presentations and travelling.
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with Civil background will be given preference.
