Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, event management, and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Promote and sell our ATL, BTL, branding, event management, advertising, and promotional services.

• Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain regular sales reports and update client/project status.

• Coordinate with the operations and creative teams for smooth project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred.

• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or other relevant qualifications may also apply.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.

• Strong experience in B2B Sales is preferred.

• Experience in Event Management will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge or experience in ATL/BTL marketing, branding, advertising, and promotional activities will be a strong plus.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
