Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Bangaluru / Field-Based

Working Mode: Flexible / hybrid working arrangements

Offered CTC: Competitive salary + performance-based commission

Qualification: Bachelor's in Business or Graduation

Experience: 3+ Years in Sales & Marketing — Tech / Security Industry

Key Responsibilities- Sales

› Develop and execute B2B & B2C sales strategy to hit revenue targets

› Prospect and close deals with developers, hospitality & corporates

› Manage full sales cycle: lead generation to contract closure

› Build channel partnerships with distributors & system integrators

› Maintain CRM pipeline and report insights

Key Responsibilities- Marketing

› Design integrated campaigns: digital, social, email, events & PR

› Support SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Instagram and paid advertising

› Support new product launches with full GTM strategy

› Produce brochures, demo videos, case studies & whitepapers

› Manage marketing budget and track campaign ROI

› Conduct market research and competitor analysis
